The Semiconductor / Device team at Kasan is a group of experts with an intensive understanding of invention and aims for the best of patenting

The deepening of semiconductor and device technology led to the emergence of numerous different technologies that cannot be explained within the existing categories of circuit/design/process technologies. Process technology is also seeing a convergence of device-level technology and equipment-level technology within its own category.

We always review a new invention from the following three perspectives.

1) Understand the invention from the circuit and design point of view. Understand the invention also from a process point of view to discover hidden values of the invention.
2) Completely understand every procedure to which the invention is applied. Find out how it is special at both the device level and equipment level.
3) Explore the extent to which the invention should be expanded in order to achieve the best patent possible for the product the invention is applied to.
